David Adee is a full-time public school elementary music teacher in Eugene, Oregon.  His program includes general music classes, choir, marimba ensembles, family folkdances, musical stories, informances, concerts and special events in the community.

Since 1999 David has presented workshops for teachers in folk dance, movement, Orff process, samba and theater.  David presented last year at the AOSA conference in San Jose and is delighted to be offering further adventures in the Art of Play.

David received degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Oregon but feels he has learned the most from a process he calls "have an idea, try the idea".  He has lived in Mexico and Brazil, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese. His hobbies include moonlight walks, chasing his three year old and trying to get enough sleep.
