Workshop Information

• Workshops are held at Kyrene de las Manitas Elementary School. 1201 W Courtney Lane, Tempe, AZ 85284.
• Workshop registration and check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Workshops begin promptly as scheduled, so please arrive early.
• Undergraduate students are always eligible for free membership for the season and can always attend all workshops for free.  You will need to enter your student ID in the online form to be eligible. 
• A certificate for CEU (continuing education units) credit will be awarded to those who check-in or register for in person workshops by 9:30am. Certificates will only be given out on the actual day of in person workshops. You must turn in your name tag at the door after the workshop to receive your CEU certificate. Please know that we cannot issue replacement certificates for any reason.  Complete printed notes will be provided free to all participants.
• Please, no video or audio recording. Still photographs are permitted. 
• For all workshops, wear appropriate clothing and shoes for movement, plus bring a recorder(s) if you have one.
• Refreshments will be available before the workshop and at break time for in-person workshops. Please consider leaving a small tip to help cover the cost of this service.
• Books, puppets, and other teaching materials may also be available for purchase at our Special Sales area.  
• University credit through Arizona State University may be obtained for the season. For more information, please e-mail Carla Cose-Giallella.
• Membership in the Arizona Orff Chapter does not include membership in our national organization. However, we strongly encourage you to join AOSA. AZ Orff members are eligible to apply for the Vivian Burgmeier Scholarship that covers the cost of membership to AOSA. Visit our Scholarships page for more information.
